AI & Data Strategy Consultant

We’re looking for an AI & Data Strategy Consultant to help organisations transform how they use data and artificial intelligence to drive smarter decisions, better performance, and real business value.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business, helping clients and internal teams define data visions, design AI-driven solutions, and deliver practical, scalable outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and lead AI & data strategies aligned to business goals
• Advise organisations on data maturity, governance, and architecture
• Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases
• Translate business challenges into data and AI solutions
• Lead data transformation and analytics initiatives end-to-end
• Collaborate with executives, product teams, engineers, and analysts
• Build roadmaps for AI adoption, data platforms, and analytics capability
• Support change management and data culture transformation

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years experience in data strategy, analytics, or AI consulting
• Ability to connect business objectives with technical solutions
• Ability to communicate in Norwegian & English
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery mindset

We'd like you to have experience with / knowledge of:

• Data platforms & architectures
• AI/ML use cases and adoption
• Analytics and insight delivery
• Experience across multiple industries
• Cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• AI governance or responsible AI frameworks
• Product or platform strategy experience
