Senior Project Manager (ERP/EPM) - 3 months extendable

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex enterprise ERP / EPM implementation in Singapore.

This role is fully on-site and will drive end-to-end execution across multiple workstreams, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and implementation partners.

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivery governance, stakeholder management, UAT and cross-functional coordination for a large-scale transformation program.

The initial engagement is expected to run for approximately 3 months to complete the current phase, with a strong potential extension for the next delivery phase (Full Year extension).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex enterprise implementation project (planning, execution, governance and reporting)
• Manage multiple parallel workstreams including functional, technical, integration and change activities
• Drive and facilitate design workshops and working sessions with business and IT stakeholders
• Own delivery planning, milestones, dependencies and critical path management
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions and inter-stream dependencies
• Lead UAT planning and execution (test strategy, test cycles, coordination and defect tracking)
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, vendors and internal IT teams
• Prepare and present project status, risks and decisions in project and steering committee forums
• Engage and communicate effectively with senior and C-level stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making

Required Experience

• Strong experience as a Project Manager delivering complex enterprise transformation or implementation projects
• Proven track record managing multiple workstreams, vendors and stakeholders simultaneously
• Hands-on experience leading UAT phases and coordinating business testing activities
• Strong experience facilitating design sessions and structured project workshops
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies and delivery constraints in fast-paced environments
• Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP and/or EPM implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with executive and C-level sponsors
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Singapore
