What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Manage and administer JIRA, including building dashboards and automation
• Guide teams in Agile methodologies and practices to enhance productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Support the transition to Agile practices within the organization
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be JIRA and SCRUM Certified
• Advanced expertise in JIRA, including dashboard creation and automation management
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in G Suite and ability to utilize Google Workspace tools effectively
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Salesforce, which is considered a strong plus
• Familiarity with Copado and NotebookLM, which can be learned on the job
• Knowledge of Gemini AI tools and their applications
