As a Software Engineer I – Time & Absence, you will contribute to delivering technical solutions for UKG Pro Workforce Management. In this role, you’ll assist with configuring, testing, and deploying system changes to support evolving business needs. You will work under guidance from senior engineers and leads, ensuring deliverables are accurate, efficient, and completed on time. Collaboration is key - you’ll partner with your agile team, cross-product engineers, and internal stakeholders to implement best practices and learn throughout the development lifecycle. What You Will Work On

What You Will Work On
- Collaborate on planning, design, and development of systems with your agile team and cross-functional partners.
- Apply technical knowledge under guidance to build and improve solutions in a structured, supportive environment.
- Provide production support by helping end users resolve issues and meet service-level agreements.
- Document your work thoroughly and share knowledge to keep the team aligned and informed.
- Contribute to project teams and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
- Your agile squad team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead and Manager to ensure work is completed on time and meets expectations.
- Cross-product engineers and integration teams to deliver seamless experiences.
- Internal teams across multiple time zones and regions, building global impact.
- 1+ year of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of UKG Pro systems, ideally at a global level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in Agile frameworks, partnering with product owners and engineers.
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for learning and delivering results.
