Software Engineer - AI Training

We are Looking for Software Engineers & Coding Experts (Fully Remote) experienced with Javascript, React, Node.js, Go, or C++

🔹 Position - Software Engineer & Coding Experts

🔹 Compensation - Up to US$40/hour (but paid per completed task involving multiple hours)

🔹 Flexible, part-time collaboration (20+ hrs/week)

We’re hiring strong developers to work on real-world software engineering tasks. This is hands-on coding and debugging work to create training data for LLM post-training. You’ll work directly with production-like codebases and engineering problems that require careful reasoning and disciplined execution.

🔧 What you’ll do

• Complete coding and debugging tasks in real codebases
• Read, understand, and reason about existing software systems
• Debug issues using logs, traces, and runtime behavior
• Work in Docker and Linux environments
