💼 Your Role

As a UX/UI Designer, these are the main tasks that you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness and accessibility of digital products.
• Collaborating with design and development teams to create user-friendly and accessible interfaces.
• Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and guidelines such as WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).
• Identifying and addressing usability issues through user feedback, research, and testing.
• Advocating for accessible design and inclusive user experiences across the organization.
• Providing training and resources to team members on accessibility best practices.
• Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in usability and accessibility.

✅ Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in usability and accessibility testing and implementation.
• Thorough understanding of accessibility standards, guidelines, and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with diverse teams and managing multiple projects.
• Knowledge of assistive technologies used by individuals with disabilities.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles.
• Experience with UX design and development.

🗣️ Languages:

• Excellent knowledge of English - Level C1 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing
