Tallinn-based technology company Feeport OÜ (x7trade brand) is looking for a CEO with a focus on driving international sales and business partnerships to a new level.
Feeport OÜ owns and operates one-of-a-kind SaaS-based platform - x7trade - which automates a) regulatory compliance with EU and national jurisdictions in the EU and b) facilitates customs clearance and entry process of bulk b2c e-commerce shipments imported into the EU from the 3rd countries.
You will join us in Tallinn, where we already have a well-established and functioning software, compliance and marketing team. Work is onsite in our office in Ülemiste City.
Responsibilities:
- Take the lead across all aspects of the company's daily operations
- To develop and execute direct sales and partnership growth strategy
- To grow the revenue and profit of the Company
- To oversee HR and recruiting needs of the company
- To represent the Company at relevant business conferences and events
Qualifications:
- Passion for technology is more of a must than just a plus
- Experience or knowledge of logistics and supply chain is a plus
- Strong business, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Previous C-level managerial experience
- Experience or knowledge of finance and basic accounting
- Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and Customs processes is a big plus
