We are creating a next-generation Core Insurance Platform, designed to empower insurers & brokers to rapidly deploy innovative products, significantly reducing time-to-market and operational costs. Think of it as the “Shopify for Insurance”, enabling a new era of agility in the insurance industry.

We just raised an undisclosed amount for our seed round with top-tier VC, ****following a 2m€ pre-seed in Nov. 2022 with 360Capital. We are growing fast and hiring across engineering and product roles.

Tasks

What you’ll do as a Software Engineer at Korint

• Work on complex projects to deliver significant impact to our business
• Take complete ownership of features from design to production
• Work with talented and kind engineers to make a significant impact for our customers
• Contribute to building Korint’s engineering culture as we grow
• Embrace our lean culture into making small steps in the right direction every day
  
  

Requirements

How to be successful in this role

• Have an interest in crafting software you are proud of
• Have at least 2 years of industry experience
• Have previous startup experience, or worked in an environment that prioritises a bias for action
• Have previous experience working on greenfield projects
• Contribute to building Korint’s engineering culture as we grow
