YOUR MISSION

Direct strategic lending portfolio management. Supervise and optimize the performance for credit lifecycle. Maintain risk framework, lead assessment including automation. Monitor product economics and design product strategies to improve product economics and overall profitability.

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the lending product portfolio, including product development, enhancements, and retirement strategies
• Develop and steer new origination and pricing strategies to optimize portfolio performance
• Monitor product economics, including revenue, costs, margins, and profitability, to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, credit risk framework, and compliance requirements
• Proactively collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the business needs and propose the optimal solution.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management or related field
• 3+ years in FinTech, Banking
• Credit product management experience with in-depth understanding of credit product development lifecycle, product strategies and product steering principles
• Credit portfolio management experience with in-depth understanding of credit risk frameworks, risk assessment, risk appetite and credit risk mitigations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in English.
