Senior React Software Engineer

Softeta is an IT consulting and custom software development company that works with mid-sized and large businesses across Europe. We help clients modernize systems, build tailored digital solutions, and prepare their data infrastructure for AI and automation.

We are looking for a Senior React software engineer to join the team working on retailers e-commerce platform. We create, maintain, and constantly improve the app. We're looking for professionals who are focused on quality, commitment, and a joyful environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain product;
  • Work as part of a team to build an application using React;
  • Architect, build, and maintain excellent React applications with clean & reusable code;
  • Participate in backlog refinement sessions and provide valuable feedback to the Product Owner and team;
  • Work in an Agile team, transforming user stories into functional applications;
  • Be ready for pair programming, sharing knowledge, and mentoring other colleagues

Technological stack -TypeScript, React, GCP, Docker.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software development;
  • Proficiency in React;
  • Proven software development experience with TypeScript;
  • Familiar with various design and architectural patterns and best practices (DDD, unit testing, code reviews, etc.);
  • Hands-on experience with React Native is a plus;
  • Familiarity with public cloud services, preferably GCP, is a plus;
  • Good English skills
