IT Operator T24

Are you an experienced IT Operator with strong hands-on exposure to Temenos T24 / Transact and core banking operations?

A leading private banking group in Luxembourg is looking for an IT Operator T24 to join its IT Core Operations team. In this role, you will ensure the stable and reliable operation of core banking processes, jobs, and interfaces across production and test environments.

You will be responsible for day-to-day operational activities, monitoring and troubleshooting batch jobs, supporting close-of-business activities, and resolving incidents in line with established IT service procedures. This is a highly operational, hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring smooth operation of jobs, queues, processes, and interfaces
• Executing and supervising close-of-business activities
• Maintaining production and test environments
• Deploying artefacts across environments
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and automating scheduled jobs
• Resolving incidents and service requests from the Global IT Service Desk
• Performing first-line investigation and diagnosis
• Escalating unresolved issues within agreed timelines
• Completing daily and periodic operational checklists
• Producing IT operational reports and KPIs for IT management
• Maintaining accurate technical and operational documentation

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
• Hands-on experience with Temenos Transact (T24)
• Experience with Automic (UC4) scheduling
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to write clear technical support documentation
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, or weekends when required
• Experience with Temenos Insight, Triple A, JBoss, or Oracle is a plus
