Full Stack Developer (DQI Full Stack Team) – Exciting Long-Term Banking Project

About The Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll work on BlueCAP, our cloud application platform, building high-quality software for a long-term project with a major player in the banking sector. You’ll develop backend services in Java and Spring Boot, work with Docker and OpenShift, and create responsive front-ends in Angular. Our environment is fully automated, cloud-native, and DevOps-driven.

We follow a DevOps approach, where you’ll contribute to both development and support activities, including interacting with internal users for updates on Yammer. Our Agile framework allows for rapid iteration and quick adaptation to changes.

About The Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll work on BlueCAP, our cloud application platform, building high-quality software for a long-term project with a major player in the banking sector. You’ll develop backend services in Java and Spring Boot, work with Docker and OpenShift, and create responsive front-ends in Angular. Our environment is fully automated, cloud-native, and DevOps-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Applications: Build and enhance applications on BlueCAP using Java, Spring Boot, Docker, and OpenShift.
- Front-End Development: Create intuitive front-end interfaces with Angular.
- DevOps and Agile: Operate within a DevOps culture, handling both feature development and maintenance tasks in short Agile sprints.
- Quality and Collaboration: Ensure high standards with thorough testing and clear documentation. Actively collaborate using tools like MS Teams and Yammer to keep users informed.
Must-Have Skills
- Java Expertise: Strong proficiency with Java.
- Spring Boot: Solid experience with the Spring Boot framework.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with Hibernate.
- Containers: Experience with Docker and OpenShift.
- Front-End: Proficiency in Angular.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable professional who takes responsibility and works well in a team.
- Quick to adapt, pragmatic, and continuously driven to learn and improve.
- Strong communicator, able to present ideas clearly and convincingly.
- Comfortable in an English-speaking environment and familiar with collaboration tools like MS Teams.
