The Opportunity

Always looking forward: What is the next project? How do you grow existing relationships?

You will own a significant client relationship and are perceived as a Trusted Advisor, defining strategic direction in our work and an escalation point if we have challenges to navigate with the client in production.

This role is focusing on leading a key client. It requires an understanding of our competitive context, what will differentiate Outform, and how to ensure we are profitable, you bring the drive to win and the experience to close a deal.

Accountabilities

• Delivering revenue growth and driving profitability, accountable for the sell.

• Managing and growing a key global client

• Driving high performance within the global team partnering with Producers and PMs.

• Acting as a role model and doing the right thing, making Outform a great place to work

• Support wider organisational objectives and the bigger picture

• Driving environmentally friendly and sustainable practices into day to day operations

Required Experience/Skills

• Proven ability to grow revenue through strategic client relationships within the retail display industry

• Experience of operating and steering mass production projects

• Commercial acumen, proven to deliver profit and manage to budget

• Can-do attitude, proactive and an innovative mindset

• Leadership and motivational skills

• Technical knowledge and expertise

• Empathy, diplomacy and thrive under pressure
