This Could Be The Perfect Challenge If You Have

• 5+ years of experience in software-related roles, preferably in product ownership, product management, or similar user-facing roles
• Strong experience defining and evolving product vision, roadmap, and priorities in agile environments
• Proven ability to translate business and user needs into clear user stories, epics, and backlog priorities
• Solid experience working closely with development teams, UX designers, and multiple stakeholders
• Strong decision-making skills, with a focus on value delivery and business impact
• Comfortable operating in complex, multi-team and international environments
• Good understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum) and product delivery lifecycle
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and continuous delivery environments
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of autonomy, resilience, and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Must be based in Portugal and legally eligible to work in Portugal
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week on-site) in Lisbon, Porto, or Braga
