As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our BI strategy within our Functions team – the backbone of our organisation. You’ll transform complex data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across Finance and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead strategic BI projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Design and maintain advanced dashboards that provide actionable insights across financial dimensions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand needs and deliver high-value solutions.
- Implement advanced analytics models, including forecasting, into existing BI systems.
- Drive innovation and process optimisation, including automation of reporting.
The Ideal Skills & Experience
- Degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s or certifications a plus).
- Proven experience in BI or data analysis, delivering impactful solutions in a senior role.
- Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy) and strong Excel skills.
- Familiarity with ERP reporting platforms (SAP, Oracle, Maconomy) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
