Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

Job Location: （Bucharest Romania）

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruitment services for cross-industry clients
• Proactively seek, screen, and contact candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct initial interview assessments, producing results demonstrating skill and cultural fit to ensure client needs are met.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, provide candidate evaluation reports, and assist in scheduling interviews.
• Track precise recruitment processes
• Deeply involved in talent selection, interviewing, and other stages to ensure efficient process execution.
• Assist with recruitment data management and target tracking
• Prepare monthly/quarterly recruitment reports and monitor the achievement of recruitment targets.
• Build strong internal and external partnerships
• Establish close collaborative relationships with HR representatives and business departments.
• Have strong data analysis capabilities to improve internal efficiency and operational quality
  
  

Requirements:

• Have a university degree or above in a related field
• Computer Proficiency Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong data analysis and processing capabilities.
• Recruitment & HR Experience 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, and HR operations, with a solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Problem Solving & Teamwork Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent teamwork skills, able to work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
• Language Proficiency Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken. Native Chinese speaker with cross-cultural communication capabilities.
• Communication & Learning Ability Exceptional communication skills and a quick learner, able to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt to new environments quickly.
