Training Coordinator

For a company, specialised in energy, we are looking for a dynamic training coordinator who has experience with LMS in SAP SuccessFactors.

Your tasks will include these responsibilities:

• Together with colleagues, the consultant will act as the 1st point of contact and helpdesk for the population who want more information regarding our training courses (both by phone and e-mail).

• Work in close contact with L&D teams and various stakeholders.

• Learn to work with the various applications (LMS SuccessFactors-SAP) to ensure the follow-up and registration of training courses.

• Perform quality improvement tasks, proactively looking for ways to work more efficiently and better integrate our various activities.

• Working together with the Designers & Coordinators you will work out and test the LMS configuration(s) for new training paths, you will provide guidance and advise on potential (new – unused) LMS features. You will test these configurations and always keep them as simple as possible.

• Working out new and simpler LMS-configurations for the complex training paths and liaise with the reporting specialist to ensure the new configurations fit the reporting requirements.

• Based on the above activities, creating, and updating the documentation (Work Instructions and Quick Reference Guides).

• Liaising with all stakeholders (Designers, Training Centre, colleague-Architects) to transfer your knowledge about new and yet unused LMS features that might be of value.

• Focus on user experience and simplification.
