Project Manager (Risk area)

Information about the project:

  • Industry - banking
  • Rate - up to 190 PLN/H net + VAT, B2B
  • Location - Warsaw, Łódź, Gdynia, Gdańsk (hybrid - 2/3x per week in the office)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop Third-Party ICT Risk Management controls as per industry standards.
  • Map Business Products and Services to relevant processes and third-party service providers.
  • Enhance and conduct Business Impact Assessments in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Prepare decision requests for steering committees and governance forums.
  • Assess existing ICT controls to meet industry standards and regulatory needs.
  • Drive process design and implementation related to ICT risk management.
  • Support the establishment of a new resilience strategy.

Key Requirements:

  • 8 years of Project Management experience.
  • Capability in process analysis/mapping and identifying pain points.
  • Skills in solution development based on identified pain points.
  • Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and decision materials.
  • Standard proficiency in Excel and financial planning.
  • Relevant certifications in Risk and/or Project Management (e.g., SAFe, Prince2, ISACA, CISSP, CRISC).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in handling conflicting opinions and reaching agreements.
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, PPM tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory implementations and/or Business Architecture.
  • Knowledge of DORA regulation and related processes.
  • Aptitude for analyzing data-related issues and offering solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail for data accuracy and quality.
  • Understanding of data management principles and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of data governance and quality principles like validation and cleansing.
