Location: Cracow

Employment contract for a fixed-term period of 2 years (till December 2027).

The compensation is a minimum of 9 000 zł gross.

Internal name of the position: ACE Assignment Solution Design & Implementation Specialist.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and proposed solutions by analyzing initial assessments and identifying gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Experience, Pricing, Customs, IT, Sales) to clarify and align on project scope.
  • Act as a consultant throughout the project lifecycle, supporting Sales with detailed insights and solution framing.
  • Research FedEx capabilities and partner solutions to build comprehensive logistics models.
  • Design complex, multi-component solutions that meet customer requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Apply project management tools and methodologies to define, track, and control all project stages.
  • Coordinate project close-out reviews to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.


What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in English (min. C1)
  • Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects in a corporate setting is a must-have
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop customer-focused, innovative solutions.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and networks.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities while maintaining focus on goals.
  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills in complex scenarios.
  • Conceptual thinker with business acumen and quality-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management and quality tools.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
