Job Summary

The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on risk management, vendor assessment, and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Conduct IT risk assessments and ensure mitigation plans are in place.
• Manage vendor assessment, selection, onboarding, and ongoing coordination.
• Ensure vendors comply with organizational, security, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with project risk assessment and mitigation.
• Experience in vendor evaluation, onboarding, and third-party management.
• Strong understanding of IT delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proficiency in project management tools and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certification.
