Mission description

We are looking for a UX/UI and Service Design Consultant to improve digital employee self-service solutions. The role involves analyzing, designing, and user testing improvements to employee portals and mobile applications. You will work closely with development teams, technical coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure practical, user-friendly solutions are actually implemented.

Job duties

• Map needs and digital services, and identify areas for improvement.
• Create prototypes in Figma based on existing design systems.
• Plan and conduct user testing to validate concepts.
• Act as a liaison between users, development teams and technical coordinators during the development process.
• Scope functions, prioritize work, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Present design and implementation plans in a clear manner to ensure adoption.

Claim

• Experience with service design for digital solutions
• Strong UI/UX design skills
• Good experience with Figma
• Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App and Employee Center design
• Experience with planning and conducting user testing
• Norwegian language proficiency at B2 level
• CV must be submitted in Norwegian.
