Data Analyst (Gov/ PowerBI / Digital Transformation/ Up $5.5k/ 6 months)

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, government agency
• Location: West
• 6 months contract (renewable subjected to performance and project requirements_
• Salary: Up to $5500 (subjected to experience)
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Innovation is a plus.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project management, digital transformation, in PowerBI will be an added advantage
• Demonstrated success in leading departmental initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proven ability to deliver projects with tangible organisational impact.

Job Description

We are seeking a contract Systems & Data Analyst with an initial focus on KPI reporting, dashboards, and business analytics, with systems support and governance responsibilities introduced progressively.

Data & Reporting

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports.
• Validate data and calculations for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Resolve data quality issues with stakeholders.
• Automate recurring reports and analytics workflows.

Systems Support & Governance

• Provide Level 1 & 2 support for business systems.
• Manage user access and permissions.
• Support SOP updates, governance tasks, and audits.
