This role focuses on building and scaling a modern fintech platform that powers payments, credit, and lending workflows for small and medium businesses. As an SDE-II Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role in developing end-to-end product capabilities, contributing to both frontend and backend systems, and supporting the launch and scale-up of lending solutions from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale full-stack applications to support lending and credit products from 0-1.
• Develop robust frontend interfaces and backend services for loan journeys, onboarding, and transaction flows.
• Integrate third-party vendors for KYC, credit bureau checks, scoring engines, and related fintech services.
• Design and implement APIs, services, and workflows to support real-time processing and automation.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, security, performance, and reliability across the stack.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system scalability and long-term maintainability.
  
  

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer (SDE-II or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience building production-grade web applications across frontend and backend.
• Prior exposure to fintech, lending, payments, or credit-based systems is highly preferred.
• Understanding of personal loan or credit workflows is a strong advantage.
• Experience integrating external APIs and third-party services (KYC, credit scores, compliance tools).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
