About The Role

As a Developer in our Intelligent Solutions Delivery team, you’ll help design and deliver smart, scalable solutions that streamline processes, enhance decision‑making, and reduce operational effort across the business.

Depending On Your Strengths, You May Work On

• RPA automations (e.g., UIPath)
• Agentic AI workflows and app integrations
• Web applications or internal tools (Django experience great, but not essential)
  
  

You’ll collaborate closely with business partners, engineers, and analysts to shape solutions from idea to delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Build, test, and enhance automation, AI‑driven, or web‑based solutions
• Work with stakeholders to turn business problems into efficient digital workflows
• Develop reusable components, APIs, and integration patterns
• Troubleshoot and optimise existing automations or applications
• Produce clear technical documentation and testing plans
• Contribute to a supportive, inquisitive team that values learning and experimentation
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Preferred experience in any or all of the following development skillsets:
• Web: Python, Django, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, REST APIs
• Automation: RPA tools (UIPath, Blue Prism or similar)
• AI: Experience with LLM/agent frameworks
• CX/UX: An interest or background in understanding end‑to‑end user experiences, in both UI and non‑UI contexts.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for smart, simple solutions
• Ability to explain technical ideas to non‑technical audiences
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
