To support our team, we are currently looking for a:

Human Resources Generalist (m/f/x) – full time or part time

for the EU-CRO business, having offices in Munich (Germany) and Spain (Barcelona and San Sebastian).

Your Tasks

• Supporting specialist departments with personnel requirements planning
• Designing, organizing and coordinating job advertisements
• Coordinate the recruitment process
• Set-up employment contracts, certificates and references
• Maintaining and monitoring personnel master data
• Organisation and support of onboarding and offboarding processes
• Planning and managing staff training
• Coordinate payroll
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed professional training, preferably in the commercial or medical field with knowledge of human resources management, initial professional experience if possible
• Confident use of MS office
• Friendly and professional manners
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good communication skills in Englisch and German, basic knowledge of Spanish
• Team-oriented, confident and positive manner, as well as enjoyment and pleasure in working with people
