Are you ready to secure a multi-brand ecosystem? We are looking for a proactive Information Security Manager to join our Berlin headquarters. You won’t just be protecting one site; you’ll be the strategic lead ensuring security excellence across our entire portfolio of e-commerce brands.

From auditing niche labels to securing our global enterprise infrastructure, your work will ensure that our customers' data remains safe while our brands continue to innovate at scale.

Your Mission

• Brand Auditing: Lead and execute comprehensive security audits for all subsidiary brands under our umbrella, identifying gaps and tracking remediation.
• Compliance Frameworks: Maintain and evolve our compliance posture (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC2, or PCI-DSS) to ensure all brands meet international and local standards.
• Ecosystem Security: Manage security within our Microsoft Teams/M365 stack, ensuring secure collaboration, identity management, and data loss prevention (DLP).
• Network Oversight: Collaborate with IT teams to audit and secure local networks, ensuring robust architecture across different physical offices and cloud environments.
• Stakeholder Influence: Act as a bridge between the group’s security requirements and the individual brand leads, translating complex technical risks into actionable business insights.

Who You Are

• The Auditor: You have a proven track record in Information Security auditing, ideally within a multi-entity or parent-company structure.
• The Microsoft Expert: You are deeply familiar with the Microsoft 365 security suite (Defender, Purview, Entra ID) and know how to harden a Teams environment against modern threats.
• The Compliance Guru: You have a solid grasp of European data protection laws and general security frameworks.
• The Network Thinker: You understand the fundamentals of local and cloud networking (VLANs, Firewalls, Zero Trust architecture).
• The Communicator: You speak fluent English (German is a plus!) and can navigate the diverse cultures of different brands with diplomacy and "firm-but-fair" guidance.
