Role Overview


Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering results and driving performance.

We are seeking a Junior Web Designer with a strong interest in UX/UI design, who is excited to

work across mobile, tablet and desktop experiences. This role is ideal for someone early in their

career who enjoys hands on design work, learning from more senior designers and building

thoughtful, user centered digital solutions.


The core responsibilities will include:

  • Support the design of UX/UI solutions for websites and digital products
  • Assist in creating responsive designs for mobile, tablet and desktop produce wireframes, layouts, prototypes and high-fidelity designs under guidance
  • Learn and apply AI-enable tools and workflows to support the efficiency and delivery
  • within the design process support the creation and maintenance of UI components and design systems help design basic interactions and animations (e.g. hover states, transitions)
  • Collaborate with developers to support accurate implementation of designs
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital touch points
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and direction from senior designers learn and apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and support the design process


Tools & Platforms:

  • Experience with Figma
  • Exposure to Framer and WordPress
  • Interest in or basic exposure to React-based environments
  • Willingness to learn new tools and workflows


About You: Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and a growth mindset. The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a web design, UX/UI, or digital design role (or relevant internships / placements)
  • Foundational understanding of UX principles, accessibility and responsive design
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
  • A portfolio demonstrating UX, UI and responsive web design work
  • Eagerness to learn, take feedback and develop design skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills


Nice to Have:

  • Basic animation or motion design skills
  • Introductory coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience working on real-world websites or client projects
  • Interest in web performance, SEO and best practices
