We're looking for a business analyst with a strong IT background who can simplify complexity and turn challenges into clear, actionable steps. You naturally take charge of projects from the initial idea to the final product ensuring everything runs smoothly along the way. If you're a problem-solver who loves structure and can break down technical jargon into plain, everyday language and translate everyday language back into technical terms, this role is for you!

• Good Web Knowledge: You understand how data moves between user interfaces, APIs, and databases.
• Dependability: You take responsibility for your work and ensure it meets high standards.
• IT Experience: At least 2 years working as a business analyst in the IT field.
• Card payment lifecycle expertise - understand the journey of a transaction from the moment a card is tapped to the final settlement with the merchant.
• Education: A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business management or a related area.
