About The Job

This Backend position focuses on the architecture and development of a platform using a Go-based gRPC microservice framework. The role is responsible for developing & maintaining the backend infrastructure powering multiple applications, with a primary emphasis on secure API design and high-availability system performance. It involves maintaining rigorous engineering standards through comprehensive code reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure authentication and authorization workflows, managing integrations with external Identity Providers (IDPs).
• Develop a high-performance system to support core business growth.
• Take ownership of the backend environment, advancing a state-of-the-art gRPC-based microservice architecture across multiple applications.
• Build and manage secure APIs and external service integrations to ensure seamless and resilient system connectivity.
• Execute rigorous code reviews and technical assessments to ensure all developments meet established engineering and security standards.
  
  

Bring to the Team

• Proven experience with application security, specifically handling IDP integrations, OAuth2, and OIDC standards.
• Solid experience with gRPC, REST API, and Backend testing.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, fostering collaboration, and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building Go applications with a focus on resilience and uptime.
