YOU ROLE

We are looking for a Java Developer (Kotlin) to join our development team in Lisbon (hybrid work).

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

• Support the migration of insurance software from a monolithic architecture to microservices.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java or Kotlin in a desktop‑oriented environment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid work model to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system performance throughout the migration process.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 5 years of experience with Java and Kotlin (desktop‑oriented development)
• Previous work with software migration, ideally to microservices
• Good communication skills and ability to work in hybrid teams
• English level B2
• Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon
