Scrum Master

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master with a focus on High Delivery to join our Engineering team dedicated to the Supply Chain business area. This critical role demands extensive experience in large-scale enterprise environments, facilitating Agile methodologies while ensuring efficient project management and stakeholder engagement. Candidates must be fluent in Portuguese and have professional proficiency in English.

Main Responsibilities:

The primary duty involves leading Agile rituals and fostering a collaborative delivery pipeline.

• Lead Agile ceremonies with an emphasis on practical delivery.
• Manage expectations of senior stakeholders for clear communication.
• Identify and resolve impediments impacting delivery schedules.
• Implement performance metrics (Cycle Time, Throughput) to improve visibility.
• Develop strategies to adapt quickly to evolving project needs.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with business and technical leaders.
• Hands-on, delivery-focused approach to make tangible contributions to project success.
• Critical thinking skills to challenge existing processes and enhance efficiency.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese; Professional in English.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with large-scale Agile transformations.
• Familiarity with multiple Scrum teams within an organization.
• Coaching experience in environments where Scrum is not fully embraced.
