Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders and data teams, acting as an enabler across the organisation.
• Design, implement and evolve solutions for business use cases using AI/ML techniques, including GenAI, RAG architectures and LLM-based solutions.
• Ensure security, privacy and compliance with data standards throughout data handling and model deployment.

You must have:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of ML models, including LLMs and Generative AI concepts (e.g. RAG).
• Hands-on experience with databases (relational and non-relational), data structures (JSON, XML) and SQL.
• Solid programming experience in Python and data science / ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, NLTK, SpaCy or Gensim.
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile environments, preferably SCRUM.
• European Union citizenship or a valid Portuguese work visa / Portuguese residency.
• Availability to work from the office one or two days per week.
