Buyer Fast Track

We are looking for a Buyer - Category focus Fast Track with a strong commercial and analytical mindset to manage a product category end-to-end, from strategic definition through in-store performance, ensuring full alignment with business objectives, customer needs and profitability.

This role combines data-driven decision making, strong product sensitivity and agility, within a fast-paced, international and highly dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the category and buying strategy
• Analyze sales performance, sell-through, margins and KPIs to optimize assortment and results
• Work cross-functionally with Design, Production, Logistics and Retail teams
• Manage the buying budget, ensuring profitability and efficiency
• Select suppliers and lead negotiations on pricing, volumes and delivery timelines
• Define quantities, replenishment and adjustments based on customer behavior and market performance
• Oversee the product lifecycle from development to in-store delivery
• Identify improvement opportunities based on market trends, commercial data and feedback
• Travel to markets and suppliers as required
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Fashion or similar
• Previous experience as a Buyer, Category Manager, Product Manager or similar role within retail/fashion
• Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset
• High product sensitivity and understanding of the end customer
• Ability to make decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Advanced Excel and analytical tools skills
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
• Willingness to travel
