Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role: AI Ops Engineer

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Mode: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite)

Job Description:

They need a resource local to Barcelona who can work twice a week onsite.

• Need someone to be hands-on at first, work with product teams to develop AIOps basic capability, evolve that into an AIOps strategy / platform and grow from there.
• Great communication skills
• Enterprise / Arch thinking
• Hands-on & ability to partner with other developers
• Experience with AIOps tooling (esp. for LLMs)
• (Later) ability to grow a small team - 1-2 Engineers
• A strong tech lead who could run an AIOps team OR
• A deeply experienced infra engineer, knows Kubernetes (k8s) and understands DX
• Tech stack - AWS + k8s mainly. AIOps is AWS + Azure/copilot, so would be mainly AWS with some vendor-agnostic strategy. All open standards.
• Code = Python, UV, & React.
• Data = Clickhouse (but unlikely to be too close to this)
