WHAT WILL YOU DO? ✍️

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Manage projects spanning both Business and Technology organizations, ensuring alignment and value delivery.
• Partner with business leads to deliver measurable business outcomes and benefits through integrated projects.
• Ensure adherence to project governance requirements, including budget control, velocity tracking, milestone delivery and KPI reporting.
• Work effectively across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models, adapting methodologies as needed.
• Promote strong collaboration with business leads, stakeholders, Product Managers/Owners and delivery teams.
• Work closely with technology leads to create and manage end‑to‑end delivery plans.
• Manage project resource requirements in collaboration with resource owners and third‑party providers.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, intervening early to keep projects on track.
• Organize and facilitate key project events and decision‑making forums such as sprint planning, steering committees, progress reviews and retrospectives.
• Remove obstacles, resolve issues and enable effective decision‑making across impacted stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and root causes to improve future deliveries.

WHAT METHODOLOGIES WILL YOU USE? 💻

• Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks
• Scrum, MSP, APM, Prince2 methodologies
• Project and programme management tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro
• Financial tracking and reporting tools
• Governance and reporting frameworks

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🧐

• Years’ experience: 7+ years in Project or Programme Management roles
• Demonstrated success leading projects in large‑scale organizations with mixed‑model delivery environments (Agile, Waterfall and hybrid)
• Proven experience in Agile Project / Product Management
• Strong ability to lead, motivate and align cross‑functional project teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Solid financial understanding, including budgeting, reporting and interpretation
• Fluent English

Good to have: ✅

• Experience working in airline, travel or other highly regulated industries
• Background managing large transformation or technology‑enabled programmes
