About The Role

As Head of AI Transformation, you will take a leading role in shaping and driving SEB’s overall AI agenda. Together with the Strategy & Change team, you will be responsible for steering the bank’s overarching AI transformation portfolio and contributing to the development of SEB’s long‑term AI strategy.

In this role, you will coordinate SEB’s comprehensive AI technology roadmap and ensure that AI initiatives are implemented in a structured and impactful way. A key part of your role will involve robust change management to ensure smooth adoption of new AI initiatives across the organization and introducing AI technologies both in existing systems and processes as well as using AI technologies in process re-architecture and process redesign projects.

You will also play a central role in establishing robust AI policies and promoting AI literacy throughout the bank, empowering teams to confidently navigate and benefit from an evolving technological landscape.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• 10+ years of experience of the finance industry
• 5+ years of experience of senior roles in Data Science, Digital transformation, AI and similar
• Proven track record in successful change management for AI adoption and driving AI literacy initiatives, with focus on leveraging AI technologies to successfully drive process enhancement and re-architecture
• Exceptional leadership and strategic communication skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams ranging from data scientists, development teams, process owners and business managers
• Deep technical understanding of the AI ecosystem; from cloud platforms, data ware/lake-house solutions, data management and data analytics
• Demonstrated ability to define, communicate, and execute a complex roadmap aiming to introduce new technologies to the finance industry.
• Deep understanding of best practices for AI policies, governance, and ethical considerations.
