What You Will Do
As CRM Analyst, you bring structure and clarity to our customer initiatives by delivering precise reporting, meaningful insights, and analytical guidance across CRM and clienteling. You ensure data is reliable, follow‑ups are consistent, and key activities are grounded in insight-driven decision‑making by:
- Produce weekly and monthly CRM reports across global, regional, and store levels
- Ensure accurate, consistent reporting and improve dashboards and templates
- Analyze customer behavior and purchase patterns to uncover insights
- Support segmentation and measure CRM campaign performance
- Drive clienteling insights through KPIs, data checks, and post‑campaign analysis
- Handle ad‑hoc reporting and escalate complex issues when needed
- Maintain clean, validated, and well‑documented customer data
- Collaborate with CRM, retail, and e‑commerce teams to enable insight‑driven decisions

Specific Personal Qualities For This Role
- Great communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly and structurally
- Detail‑oriented, structured, and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or similar
- 2-3 years' experience as a CRM Analyst or in a related analytical role
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting
- Experience producing regular reports and supporting ad‑hoc analysis
- Solid understanding of CRM fundamentals, customer lifecycle, and segmentation
- Comfortable working in an omnichannel (retail + e‑commerce) environment
- Proficient in tools such as SQL/BigQuery, Excel, Power BI, or similar
- Fluent in English
