IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large-scale technical projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality outcomes. In this role, you will drive innovation, streamline processes, and align technology solutions with business needs, fostering collaboration across teams and partners.

🤖 Responsabilities and Requirements:

• Oversee technical projects end-to-end, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, high-quality delivery.
• Create detailed project plans covering schedules, risks, and quality controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Service, Sales, Communication).
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including lessons learned.
• Align stakeholders at all levels, driving outcomes via steering meetings.
• Manage technical aspects: IT infrastructure, performance, security, and partnerships.
• Lead Business Acceptance Phase and supplier management (planning, quality, cost).
• Support RFP processes with procurement and stakeholders.
• Mentor Solution Analysts through coaching and guidance.

🛠️ Technical Requirements:

• Proven track record in large-scale transversal projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP or similar certification is a strong asset.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in IT Service Management, ITIL, and CMDB Project Management.
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure, performance, and security aspects.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management is a plus.

Languages:

• Knowledge of French and English is required.
