Kotlin Developer

TST Group is an international recruiting agency that has been providing technical resources in the UK/European region . This role is with one of our clients in Poland who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.

Title: Kotlin Developer

Employment Type : B2B

Location: Krakow, Poland (once a week onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to build and maintain products
• Design and develop backend and lightweight frontend features based on priorities
• Build APIs and microservices to address business needs
• Work closely with engineering teams to design and release new features
• Support users by resolving issues and addressing feature requests
• Participate in Agile CI/CD delivery cycles with regular peer reviews and automated testing

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Kotlin (or Java with willingness to learn Kotlin)
• Hands-on experience in at least 2–3 areas: API development, SQL/databases, HTML/JavaScript
• Familiarity with Agile practices and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills
• English proficiency (B2+)
