Human Resources Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our Ferrero plant in Manisa — the home of beloved brands such as Nutella, Kinder Pingui, and Kinder Milk-Slice.

As a key member of the People & Organization team, this role will manage essential people metrics, contribute to strategic HR projects, and lead people partner activities including daily HR operations, industrial relations, policy implementation, recruitment, onboarding, budgeting, and payroll support.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment by overseeing all stages of the hiring process and ensuring an excellent candidate experience
• Implement and monitor collective labor agreement requirements, collaborating closely with line managers and union representatives
• Support the People Business Partner in talent acquisition, performance management, and learning & development initiatives
• Contribute to onboarding processes by helping develop and deliver engaging induction programs for new employees
• Conduct monthly variance analyses on salary and benefits, leveraging payroll data to identify trends and improvement areas
• Assist in payroll preparation by gathering new hire information, preparing payroll inputs, and supporting related administrative tasks
• Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and provide guidance to support business operations
• Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  
  

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines
• Preferably 5+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor legislation, and industrial relations
• A problem-solver with a mindset geared toward creativity and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Turkish
