Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in fields such as Business, Economics, Law, Engineering, or related disciplines,
• Professionals with 2–4 years of experience preferably in banking or a related sector,
• Strong written and spoken English,
• Curious, analytical, proactive individuals who take ownership of their work,
• Solid command of MS Office tools (additional technical skills are a plus, depending on role),
• People who thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by impact and learning,
• Team players who value collaboration, transparency, and responsibility.
