Data Analyst

Our client, a global jewelry manufacturer, is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Measurement & Experimentation team. The team is dedicated to improving how we measure and optimize digital marketing and e-commerce experiments globally. This role is central to ensuring that the organization scales only the most effective initiatives by providing clear, evidence-based insights into what drives real growth.

As part of the team, you will help quantify the impact of marketing and e-commerce activities, enabling leadership and stakeholders to make confident, data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to standardize measurement frameworks, build automated reporting solutions, and deliver insights that shape digital strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards to communicate results and insights to stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
• Analyze experiments conducted by internal digital specialists, deriving actionable insights to guide data-driven decision-making and optimize digital marketing strategies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and set up A/B tests across multiple digital platforms.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business objectives and hypotheses for experimentation, aligning with overall marketing goals.
• Collaborate in developing and maintaining robust experimentation frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure accurate and reliable results.

Skills Required:

• 4-5 years of experience in Data Analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science).
• Proven experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis, with a strong understanding of impact measurement.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and advanced analytics.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar) for building dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Interest and ability to leverage AI-driven techniques (such as predictive modeling or automated insight generation) to improve the accuracy and scalability of experimentation and impact measurement.
• English - Advanced (both written and spoken).

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with e-commerce analytics and marketing platforms (Web Analytics, CDP, ESP, Paid Advertising).
• Experience working in fast-paced, global environments with multiple stakeholders.
