Your Toolkit Is Packed With
- Programming language: Kotlin (Android), Swift (iOS), SwiftUI (iOS), C#/TypeScript (Backend)
- Data storage: Android Default (Shared Preference) (Android), UserDefaults & Keychain (iOS), DynamoDB (Backend), MySQL (Backend), Redis (Backend)
- CI/CD: Bitrise (Android/iOS), TeamCity (Backend)
- Logging/Monitoring: Datadog (Android/iOS/Backend), Firebase (iOS/Backend) (mainly Crashlytics) and Google Play console (Backend)
- Cloud platform: AWS
- Building and leading a team that delivers robust software.
- Helping your team members set goals and choose smart approaches to achieve them.
- Actively developing and contributing to team projects.
- Reviewing code, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of craftsmanship and collaboration.
- Coaching team members with continuous feedback and supporting their growth.
- Improving processes to fully leverage Scrum methodologies.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Android developer; experience with iOS or C# is a plus.
- Experience in giving feedback, coaching, and motivating developers in their growth.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical peers.
- Comfortable working in a Scrum environment and familiar with Agile practices.
- Experience collaborating in teams with colleagues from diverse nationalities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
