Senior Information Security Consultant

Responsibilities in this role:

As a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy and risk, you will engage in diverse projects for a broad range of clients. You will collaborate with an international, multidisciplinary, and motivated team in a professional yet informal atmosphere. Close collaboration with colleagues from various disciplines, including ethical hackers, privacy consultants, and security monitoring experts, is a key aspect of our larger cybersecurity team.

Projects may involve assessing the organization of cybersecurity within a company, identifying risks, and offering advice to enhance cybersecurity. Additionally, you will be involved in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions related to Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC). Other projects may include evaluating the cybersecurity maturity of an organization, advising on control implementation, and testing the effectiveness of existing technical and organizational controls.

Your qualifications should include:

• A master's degree in a field related to IT or cybersecurity.
• Affinity with cybersecurity demonstrated through research projects or relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in an international environment, such as studying or working abroad.
• Excellent communication skills in English, and preferably also in Dutch.
• A plus if you have experience with GRC and cloud security.
