Data & Analytics Project Lead – Data & AI Consulting
We are partnered with a boutique in-house Norwegian consultancy based in central Oslo, part of a wider group of over 2,000 professionals across Norway with a strong focus on the business consulting.
Within the Digital organisation sits the Data & AI team, a Business Analytics group of around 25 consultants who work closely with clients to turn data into insight, and insight into better decisions. The team partners with organisations to explain performance, uncover opportunities, and guide where data and AI can genuinely add business value.
Many of the clients are small to medium-sized enterprises, which allows the team to work directly with C-level stakeholders, own projects end-to-end, and clearly demonstrate the return on analytics and AI investments.
The Role - This role sits firmly on the consultative side of Data & AI.
As a Data & Analytics Project Lead / Advisor, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business challenges and use data, analytics, and AI as tools to support better decision-making. You’ll help clients make sense of what their data is telling them, why certain trends are occurring, and what actions they should take next.
You’ll lead projects, guide a small delivery team, and play a key role in shaping initiatives — often helping clients understand what is possible with data and AI, not just delivering against a fixed brief.
A key part of the role is commercial and advisory. You’ll be involved in identifying opportunities within existing clients, contributing to proposals, and confidently explaining the value of analytics initiatives.
This is a highly open and flexible environment where you are encouraged to bring ideas, challenge thinking, and influence both clients and internal teams.

Experience & Profile
They are flexible on seniority and background. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys bridging the gap between data and business.
- Background in analytics, data, AI, or digital consulting
- Experience working in client-facing, advisory, or commercial environments
- Strong understanding of how data and AI can be applied to real business processes
