Overview
The Analytics and Insights Manager will drive data-driven decision making to support business growth. The role will be essential in understanding business challenges and provide data / insights to drive the optimal decisions.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- 8 years of experience on data and analytics functions preferably in Retail, experience of convenience retail and/or car-services business will be a plus
- Skillset – Preferably Engineer with specialisation in Analytics, Strong commercial acumen and deep business understanding
- Proficient and Handson experience on SQL, Python, R, BI tools, Dataiku platform
- Experience in ML models operationalization and business value realization
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
