What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Mentor teams on Scrum and Agile best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with product owners, developers, and stakeholders
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for Scrum teams to ensure effective delivery
• Assist product owners in managing the product backlog, ensuring items are well-defined and prioritized
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 4-7 years' experience as a Scrum Master with a proven track record
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certifications
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and related methodologies
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools and various desktop applications, including MS Office
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
• Familiarity with software development processes and practices, including DevOps and CI/CD
• Experience in scaling Agile practices within large or complex organizations
