Job Description

What you’ll do

• Develop and support analytics solutions using ThoughtSpot and enterprise data platforms.
• Assist in leveraging AI-driven analytics capabilities, including trend analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive insights.
• Perform data exploration, validation, and quality checks using SQL and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Support reporting, insights generation, and ad hoc analytical requests.
• Contribute to ad hoc tasks in support of Enterprise Data initiatives.
• Help drive operational excellence and employee experience by supporting BizTech’s focus on innovation, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll bring

Required

• Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Willingness and ability to learn new tools, technologies, and programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Degree Preferred - Currently pursuing the third year of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience or coursework involving ThoughtSpot or similar analytics platforms.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $52,000 - $78,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
