About the role:

We're seeking a Backend Engineer to join our team who will take ownership from day one and is eager to work alongside smart, dedicated, and fun people passionate about solving the complex challenges of building our product.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable and efficient software solutions for our product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Build, deploy, and maintain web applications using modern tools and frameworks
• Optimize the performance and scalability of our applications
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable code
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Backend Software Engineer, preferably in a scale-up environment
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
• Understanding of Linux system administration and Kubernetes deployments
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Rust
• Solid understanding of database management systems
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work independently and take ownership of projects
