Your opportunity

We are seeking an Information Security Specialist to bridge the gap between traditional office technology and our production environments, ensuring the safety and resilience of the machinery and networks that drive our operations.

You’ll be the security link between our industrial operations and digital systems—keeping critical automation running safely and securely. From managing cyber risk and aligning with global security standards to shaping a strong security culture through engaging training, you’ll help protect the infrastructure that powers our business.

You will be located at our Espoo HQ in Finland on a hybrid basis, and should be within reasonable commuting distance from here.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the cybersecurity bridge between IT and operational technology (OT) environments, ensuring secure and resilient industrial operations.
• Support industrial automation and production stakeholders by identifying and mitigating cyber risks while maintaining system availability and safety.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses across IT and OT systems, recommending practical, risk-based remediation actions.
• Contribute to the organization’s information security and risk management strategy, with emphasis on critical infrastructure protection.
• Ensure alignment with international security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST) and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed security controls into existing and new systems.
• Design and deliver security awareness initiatives, including training, communications, and educational materials tailored to diverse audiences.
• Promote a strong security culture by empowering employees to recognize threats and actively protect company data and infrastructure.
  
  

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience working in or supporting both IT and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Practical experience conducting risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Familiarity with major security standards (such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, or NIST) and experience assisting with internal or external audits.
• Experience designing or delivering security awareness training, newsletters, or educational materials to employees.
• Industry-recognized cybersecurity certification (desirable).
